DG PREMIUM

Terms and Conditions

The following terms govern all confirmed bookings and use of Dg Premium services.

Booking and Confirmation Policy+

Reservations should be made at least 12 hours in advance and are valid only after formal confirmation with booking reference.

Payment Terms+

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment is processed 24 hours prior to the scheduled service unless a corporate invoicing agreement is in place. We accept all major credit cards and secure bank transfers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy+

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior, or on the spot, will be charged at 100% of the agreed rate.

No-Show Policy+

If a client fails to appear at the designated pickup location within the complimentary waiting time, and cannot be reached via the provided contact details, the service will be classified as a "No- Show" and billed at 100%.

Waiting Time Policy+

We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport arrivals (from the actual flight landing time) and 15 minutes for all other pickups. Subsequent waiting time is billed at our standard hourly rate, calculated in 30-minute increments.

Luggage Policy+

The Mercedes V-Class accommodates a specific volume of luggage (typically 6-7 large suitcases). Clients must accurately report luggage quantities during booking. Dg Premium reserves the right to refuse excess luggage that compromises safety or vehicle interior.

Child Seat Policy+

Premium child and infant seats are provided complimentary upon request. These must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability and proper installation.

Behavior & Conduct Policy+

Dg Premium maintains a strict non-smoking policy within all vehicles. The consumption of food is generally discouraged to maintain the pristine condition of the cabin. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the service immediately, without refund, in the event of abusive behavior or illegal activities.

Force Majeure+

Dg Premium is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or sudden road closures.

Liability Limitations+

While every effort is made to ensure absolute safety and punctuality, Dg Premium's liability for any direct loss or damage is limited to the total cost of the booked service. We are not liable for missed flights or connections due to unforeseen traffic conditions.

Privacy Policy Reference+

Client data is handled in strict accordance with our GDPR-compliant Privacy Policy.

Governing Law+

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
